Lorri Holt


Lorri Holt (actor) has been a leading actress in the San Francisco Bay Area for three decades. Most recently she played Masha in the critically-acclaimed Vanya & Sonia & Masha & Spike at Berkeley Repertory Theatre. Other recent credits include Ella in Curse of the Starving Class at the Wilma Theater in Philadelphia, and Susan in Becky Shaw at San Francisco Playhouse. For 10 years she was a leading actress with San Francisco’s acclaimed Eureka Theatre, where she originated the role of Harper Pitt in Tony Kushner’s Angels in America. Regional and international credits include work at Birmingham Rep in England, the Barbican Theatre in London, La Jolla Playhouse, and Actors Theatre of Louisville. She has received numerous acting awards, as well as awards and honors for her published short stories. She will play Joyce Rumsfeld in the upcoming new play Mt. Misery at San Francisco’s Cutting Ball Theatre this spring, and is at work on her own one-woman show.
