Australian director Lee Lewis has directed plays including Twelfth Night and The School for Wives (Bell Shakespeare); Honour, ZEBRA!, and Love Lies Bleeding (Sydney Theatre Company); This Heaven and That Face (Belvoir); and A Hoax, Silent Disco, The Call, and The Nightwatchman (Griffin Theatre Company). Ms. Lewis's recent work includes The Bull, the Moon and the Coronet of Stars (Griffin); and Highway of Lost Hearts (Darwin Festival). She holds an MFA from Columbia University and an MFA from NIDA. Currency House published her book Cross-Racial Casting: Changing the Face of Australian Theatre as part of its Platform Paper series. Ms. Lewis is the artistic director of Griffin Theatre Company, Australia's new writing theater.
