Coralina Meyer

A professional architect as well as an artist, Coralina Meyer explores the subtleties of scale and the relationship between figure and landscape and subject and object in her work. Her photographs, drawings, paintings, sculpture, and multimedia compositions have been exhibited in New York City and internationally. Meyer seeks to examine the visible and sometimes overlooked experiences of the body, using architectural means to map the physical relics of a concealed existence. Meyer, who has a traumatic brain injury, graduated in 2004 with a bachelor of fine arts degree in architecture design from the Parsons School of Design in New York, and is currently a master of fine arts candidate at Hunter College.
