Vincent Chi Kwan Cheung, piano, is an active chamber musician in the Boston area. His recent notable appearances include a recital of the complete Brahms violin sonatas with Amanda Wang at the Walnut Hill Music Festival (2012), and a performance with the Pythagoras Piano Trio in the inaugural concert of the Shalin Liu Performance Center (2010), home of the Rockport Chamber Music Festival. He has also collaborated in chamber music concerts with acclaimed musicians such as Jennifer Frautschi (violin), Adrian Anantawan (violin), Krista River (mezzo-soprano), and Joshua Sekoski (baritone). Vincent studied piano with Helena Wun of Hong Kong and Sheila Hardy of the Vancouver Academy of Music, and subsequently, chamber music with David Deveau, Marcus Thompson, John Harbison, and Lynn Chang. He performs regularly for the chamber music societies of MIT and Harvard Medical School, and charity concerts hosted by the Boston-based Vietnam Vascular Anomalies Center and the Longwood Symphony Orchestra.
