Aaron Seeber


A Bethesda, MD native and graduate of Walt Whitman High School, Aaron Seeber is a drummer who embraces the "Be-Bop" tradition, having studied drummers such as Philly Joe Jones, Art Taylor, Kenny Clarke, and others. Aaron also attended the Conservatory of Music at SUNY Purchase where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Jazz Studies and received tutelage from legendary drummers Kenny Washington and John Riley, as well as bassist Todd Coolman and trumpeter Jon Faddis. Seeber currently lives in Brooklyn, NY and maintains a residency at Smalls Jazz Club in the West Village. Aaron has performed, recorded, and/or toured with Keyon Harrold, Esperanza Spalding, Chuck Redd, Tim Green, Paul Carr, Brian Lynch, Warren Wolf, and others. For more information, go to
