Hailed by Gramophone as "the Heifetz of the flute," Marina Piccinini is in demand as a soloist with orchestras and chamber ensembles around the world. With her husband, renowned Swiss pianist Andreas Haefliger, Piccinini offers an uninterrupted, dramatic program, alternating between solo and duo masterworks and contemporary compositions, including works the two have championed and/or commissioned from living composers.
