Three months after Imani Winds performs one of his newly commissioned works as part of the Kennedy Center’s Fortas Chamber Music Concert series, saxophonist/flautist Henry Threadgill makes his own highly anticipated Kennedy Center debut accompanied by his mind-blowing ensemble on piano, saxophone, drums, tuba, and cello.
