About

**All tickets are general admission—standing room only.**

Drummer Nate Smith returns to the Kennedy Center following stellar performances last season in Ta-Nehisi Coates’s Between the World and Me and José James’s celebration of Bill Withers. Neo-soul singer/songwriter Van Hunt joins Smith’s first solo project—a fresh and restless urban pop/jazz hybrid that will have everyone in the Crossroads Club grooving easy. As the band’s title suggests, KINFOLK pulses with a magnetism only achieved by assembling the right artists and effortlessly blending their unique sounds.

Running Time: 75 minutes, with no intermission
