Twenty-five years ago, a young Macaulay Culkin stole cinemagoers' hearts by ingeniously outwitting bumbling burglars in Home Alone. John Hughes's smash 1990 film, directed by Chris Columbus, was hailed as "rambunctiously funny... every kid's anarchical wish come true" (The Washington Post) and "the first Christmas black comedy for children" (The New York Times). Over Thanksgiving weekend, bring your entire family to ring in the holiday season with the uproarious slapstick and exuberant charm of this feel-good classic movie event. Experience it like never before on a big screen above the Concert Hall stage as John Williams's beloved Oscar-nominated score is performed live by the NSO Pops and The Choral Arts Society of Washington.

Beginning at 6 p.m. each evening of the screening, intermission bars in front of the Concert Hall will be popping fresh popcorn, available to purchase for $4 per bag. Patrons will be able to bring these bags of popcorn into the screening, along with any candy and drinks that are sold at the intermission bars. Enjoy the movie!

Performance Timing: Approximately 2-1/4 hours, including one 15-minute intermission
