On the eve of Memorial Day, a star-studded lineup will grace the stage for one of PBS's highest-rated programs. For over 25 years, this multiple-award-winning television event has honored the military service and sacrifice of all our men and women in uniform, their families at home, and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 

The NSO will honor America's real-life heroes with powerful performances from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol. Hosted by Criminal Minds star Joe Mantegna and Emmy winner Gary Sinise, the concert features special guests General Colin L. Powell, Charles Esten, Allison Janney, Leona Lewis, Graham Greene, John Corbett, Mary McCormack, Brian Tee, Cynthia Erivo, Charles Esten, Megan Hilty, Alfie Boe, and Gary Sinise & the Lt. Dan Band. Conducted by Jack Everly, the free concert will be live-streamed on PBS, YouTube, Facebook and www.pbs.org/national-memorial-day-concert and available as video on demand from May 28 to June 10. 

Also participating are the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff with The U.S. Army Herald Trumpets, The U.S. Army Chorus, The Soldiers' Chorus of the U.S. Army Field Band, The U.S. Navy Band Sea Chanters, The U.S. Air Force Singing Sergeants, and the Armed Forces Color Guard and Service Color Teams provided by the Military District of Washington, D.C
