As the 50th anniversary of the moon landing draws near, join the NSO for a fun-filled concert of interstellar proportions! Tap into your imagination and be transported from the Concert Hall to outer space with music from Star Trek and a new NSO Commission from Oscar®-winning composer Michael Giacchino (Star Trek trilogy, Star Wars: Rogue One, numerous Pixar films), Also sprach Zarathustra (the theme from 2001: A Space Odyssey), and more.

The concert will feature projections of stunning photos and video, ranging from the International Space Station to the Hubble Space Telescope, examining our planet and beyond.

Please note, this performance will contain fog effects.

Most enjoyed by age 5 and up. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Come early for a Musical Instrument "Petting Zoo"
Starting one hour before each concert, hands-on activities let children get up close with the instruments they'll see played on the stage.

Stay after for a Creative Conversation 
Following the 4 p.m. concert, young audience members can ask questions and hear stories in an up-close-and-personal talk with some of the artists.

Feb. 24 at 2 p.m. is a sensory-friendly performance.
Sensory-friendly performances are designed to create a performing arts experience that is welcoming to all families, including those with children with autism or other sensory sensitivities.
