Bizet's indelible portrait of the fiery gypsy temptress Carmen is brought to the stage with flamenco-inspired, unforgettable music.  Acclaimed mezzo-soprano and DC native Denyce Graves is identified with the role of Carmen throughout the world.  Maestro Julius Rudel conducts.

Performed in French with English supertitles.
NOTE: Supertitles are not visible from the rear orchestra.
