The Chamber Orchestra of TCSYO, comprised of student musicians ages 10 to 16, will perform a wide range of challenging masterpieces from the standard string orchestra repertoire. The Capitol Symphonic Youth Orchestra is one of the most respected youth orchestra in the Washington metropolitan area.

Ten-year-old Isabella Brown studies violin in Washington, D.C. with Amy Beth Horman. Isabella competed for the first time this year and won First Prize in the Alexander and Buono International String Competition, earning the privilege to perform in the Winners' Concert at Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall. She also won First Prize in the Asian American International Music Competition and performed in the Winners' Concert on the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage.

Performance Timing: Part One - 45 min.; Intermission - 10 min.; Part Two - 40 min.
