Still in her mid-twenties, Chinese soprano Ying Fang is a 2013 Juilliard alumna and current member of the Metropolitan Opera's Lindemann Young Artist Development Program. A Filene Young Artist with Wolf Trap Opera Company in 2013 and 2014, she was enchanting there as both the Comtesse de Folleville in Rossini's Il viaggio a Reims and as Cleopatra in Handel's Julius Caesar. Recipient of the 2014 Hildegard Behrens Foundation Award and winner of the 2013 Gerda Lissner International Vocal Competition, she has performed in concert with the New World Symphony, the Juilliard 415 ensemble led by William Christie at Alice Tully Hall, and the National Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Fang's program will include selections by Handel, Mozart, R. Strauss, and Rachmaninoff.

Performance Timing: Approximately 2-1/4 hours, including one 20-minute intermission.
