This profoundly relevant theatrical narrative fuses movement, music, art, and cinema to explore violence and race relations with honesty and poignancy. Written, directed, choreographed, and with a special appearance by Kennedy Center favorite Debbie Allen, FREEZE FRAME... Stop the Madness features acclaimed Broadway performers, young Hip Hop artists, and Debbie Allen Dance Academy's finest along with original music by Stevie Wonder, James Ingram, Arturo Sandoval, Rickey Minor, and more. Don't miss this captivating new production, which has the power to stun, inspire, awaken, and ultimately create change.

Performance Timing: Approximately 1-1/2 hours

Oct. 29: Free Post-Performance Panel Discussion following the 8 p.m. performance* hosted by Whoopi Goldberg. The panel will be on the topic of "Power of the Arts to Be Transformative," and includes Nicole Hockley from Sandy Hook Promise, filmmaker Lee Daniels, actress Phylicia Rashad, professor Michael Eric Dyson of Georgetown University, and Kayla Hicks, the Director of African-American & Community Outreach with the Educational Fund to Stop Gun Violence.
