"Fantastical imagery and remarkable performances"
--The New York Times
Moroccan choreographer Khalid Benghrib leads his all-male contemporary dance company Cie2k_far in its American premiere with The Smala B.B. This dynamic work creates "a Chaplinesque world of intensely physical, precisely absurd activity, teetering constantly on the edge of comedy and tragedy" (The New York Times). Benghrib studies dance in France and, since 1999, has been active with various performing arts groups and festivals.
