JFK Centennial Celebration Special Concerts SHIFT
As part of the SHIFT Festival, the Boulder Philharmonic brings its Pop-Up Chamber Concerts to several areas of Washington's Tidal Basin. This is a free, offsite event. Please see below for further details.
