Tamar Rogoff Performance Projects
Tamar Rogoff Performance Projects specializes in large-scale, site-specific dance/theater productions. Rogoff, artistic director, has moved her audiences through labyrinths and forests, and her performers through water tanks and towers. Her cast members have included nine infants in the arms of their parents, and Holocaust survivors. Rogoff has received multiple National Endowment for the Arts fellowships and grants from the New York Foundation for the Arts, Dancing in the Streets, and Rockefeller and Harkness Foundations, among others. Her productions have been seen at PS 122 and Dance Theater Workshop in New York and in theaters in Estonia, Lithuania, and Italy.
