About the Program

Lilly's new purple plastic purse is positively perfect, and she just has to show everyone! But when her teacher takes it away until the end of the school day, Lilly's day is turned absolutely awful. Follow Lilly through her lessons in the classroom to her adventures with her friends in this Kennedy Center production that will enchant everyone. This adaptation is taken from three popular children's books by Kevin Henkes' delightful stories: Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse; Julius, the Baby of the World; and Chester's Way.

**Recommended for children ages 5 and up and their families.
