This acclaimed trio boasts three charismatic artists: pianist Navah Perlman, cellist Zuill Bailey, and violinist Giora Schmidt. Though they each enjoy significant solo careers, when they join together, the power of their perfectly honed ensemble playing is undeniable. For their second Fortas appearance, they lend their energetic performance style to Beethoven's lyrical and sunny Piano Trio in E-flat major, Mendelssohn's romantic Piano Trio No. 1 in D minor, and additional works to be announced from the stage.
