About the Program
"Songs for the Theater: The Next Generation"Three-time Tony Award nominee Rebecca Luker last took Broadway by storm in Disney's Mary Poppins. She has also lent her talents to many revivals: as Marian the Librarian in The Music Man, Maria in The Sound of Music, Magnolia in Show Boat, and opposite Antonio Banderas in Nine. Other credits include Christine in The Phantom of the Opera and Lily in The Secret Garden, as well as Brigadoon with New York City Opera. D.C. audiences also adored her as Clara in Passion from our Sondheim Celebration.
