About the Program
Join five NSO musicians--violinist Glenn Donnellan, bassist Rick Barber, clarinetist Ed Cabarga, trumpeter Adel Sanchez, and percussionist Joe Connell--on a journey to "Imagination-land," where your senses are delighted, anything is possible, and wonderful things happen! These fun-loving musicians are sure to stretch your imagination in a program designed for young listeners.Recommended for ages 4 & up
Come Early for the Musical Instrument "Petting Zoo"
Starting an hour before the concert, this hands-on activity gives young concertgoers a chance to get up close with the instruments they'll see played professionally on the stage--from violins, harps, and oboes to trombones and percussion. A project of the Women's Committee for the NSO.
