As one of the largest, busiest nonprofit performing arts centers in the world, the Kennedy Center and its leadership have developed extensive expertise in strategic planning, board management, marketing, fundraising, financial management, technology, and artistic planning.

The DeVos Institute of Arts Management at the Kennedy Center harnesses that expertise to create and administer programs that train arts managers and their nonprofit organizations. The Institute's programs offer practical training and management strategies to organizations in need at all stages of professional development.
