International participants welcome. All seminars are conducted in English.

Travel, lodging, and meals are not included. Light refreshments, coffee, tea, and water are served throughout each day.

Travel and Accommodations

Travel and lodging are not included in the registration fee. The Institute has partnered with local hoteliers to hold a limited number of special-rate rooms for participants. All bookings must be made by September 15, 2011 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Daily parking at the Kennedy Center is available to participants at a reduced rate of $6.

Food

Meals are not included in the registration fee. Complimentary light refreshments, tea, coffee, and water are provided throughout all seminars. The Kennedy Center Café, an affordable, casual dining restaurant, is open for breakfast at 7:30am and lunch at 11:30am.
