About

Join us for a program of cultural exploration based in our universal enjoyment of food. Participants meet at the Kennedy Center Hall of States Entrance by 6 p.m. to be shuttled to the residence of His Excellency Jonas Hafström, the Ambassador of Sweden. The Shuttle will bring patrons back to the Kennedy Center following the program.

This session introduces participants to the traditions, cultures, and environment that shaped the culinary evolution of Sweden. Participants then enjoy a buffet dinner specially prepared by Chef Frida Johansson, Private Chef to the Swedish Ambassador, to showcase the country's cuisine.
