Judy Blume's hilarious and touching book about discovering the value of who you are comes to life on stage in this new production by ArtsPower. Trying desperately to cover up her inner weaknesses, 10-year-old Sheila stumbles from one life crisis to another. First, it's a dog living nearby--and Sheila can't stand dogs. Then it's a swimming lesson--and Sheila hates the water. Yikes! Sheila barely manages to feel worthy of space on the planet. Preteen audiences discover, along with Sheila, that rites of passage can be all right in this funny show just for them.
