Kennedy Center favorite Baba Jamal Koram—known to audiences around the country as “The StoryMan”—brings together folktales, conjure stories, epics, songs, riddles, proverbs, and chants passed down from West African villages and families through the use of his voice and spirit drums. Don’t miss this entertaining and educational one-man event, specially designed for the week of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday.
