Kev Marcus and Wil b are Black Violin, two classically trained musicians who, along with their DJ and a drummer, have created the ultimate synergy between classical and hip hop music. After years of studying their musical influences--from Jay-Z to Shostakovich--they're making music that they hope inspires the next generation of musicians. They have performed and toured with the likes of Alicia Keys, P. Diddy, and Akon, just to name a few, but now they're taking time to make sure kids learn classical music is cool! For age 9 and up.
