About
"The latest thing in early music" (The New York Times), the young Scandinavian vocalists of Trio Mediaeval specialize in medieval music and contemporary works, many of which have been written for the ensemble. The trio developed its unique repertory at the Hilliard Summer Music Festival in Cambridge, England, and has since been hailed for "uniquely down-to-earth performances of heavenly music" (New York Newsday). "Breathtaking, arresting, ready to surprise" (The Wall Street Journal), Trio Mediaeval performs a multitude of traditional songs to celebrate the Yuletide season, as well as festive new compositions created especially for the singers.
