Beloved for his poetic lyricism and jovial performance style, seven-time Grammy-winning pianist Emanuel Ax is one of the world's best-known musicians. A trailblazer for playing bass as a solo instrument, Edgar Meyer has won three Grammy Awards for his crossover genius in classical and bluegrass ensembles. Continuing this season's tradition of presenting powerhouse talents in intimate Fortas performances, Ax and Meyer share the stage in an inspiring program.
