About

Twins Rahsaan and Roland Barber were named after famed saxophonist Rahsaan Roland Kirk. Originally from Nashville, the brothers are alums from both Indiana University and the Kennedy Center's Betty Carter's Jazz Ahead. Rahsaan was one of four Americans invited to compete at the prestigious Montreaux Jazz Festival World Saxophone Competition, while Roland won the International Trombone Association's Frank Rosolino Competition. The brothers make their KC Jazz Club debut with music from their CD, Twinnovation.
