Ring in the New Year at a dazzling classical concert--now celebrating its 15th anniversary--featuring popular favorites by the world's most celebrated composers conducted by Murry Sidlin and performed by members of the National Symphony Orchestra, baritone Thomas Meglioranza, pianist Leon Bates, and violinist Ricardo Cyncynates.

Rodgers/Hammerstein: "You'll Never Walk Alone" from Carousel (Thomas Meglioranza)
Tchaikovsky: Danse russe from Swan Lake (Ricardo Cyncynates, violin)

Audience choice (audience votes by applause for one of three choices)

Patrons are then invited to the Grand Foyer Party. Welcome 2010 with waltzing to music performed by the Salon Orchestra of Washington and swing dancing to music by Full Swing in the Grand Foyer from 11 p.m. until 1 a.m. There's a big balloon countdown at midnight. Free for all patrons with any December 31 evening performance ticket or Roof Terrace Restaurant receipt from that evening.
