About

One show only! This powerful pairing features two of the most accomplished jazz players of their generation. The elder statesman of the Marsalis brothers, Branford Marsalis leads one of the longest-tenured quartets in the jazz world. Billboard called its latest album, Metamorphosen, "a nine-song masterwork." One of the most influential and gifted trumpeter/composers in jazz, Terence Blanchard has contributed compelling scores to Spike Lee's movies 25th Hour and When the Levees Broke. He's also a scorching player whose quintet features some of the brightest young talents in jazz.
