Pianist Jason Moran, whom Rolling Stone calls "the most provocative thinker in current jazz," performs with his acclaimed group The Bandwagon. In almost every category--improvisation, composition, technique, and technological experimentation--Moran and his group, featuring bassist Tarus Mateen and drummer Nasheet Waits, have challenged the status quo, providing genre-bending flair with every performance.
