Welcome 2014 with music and dancing in the Grand Foyer. D.C. swing aficionados, the Tom Cunningham Orchestra, entertain from 10:30 to 11:30 p.m. They are followed, from 11:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., by Lady, whose sound unites the mellowness and pop flair of 60s soul with the driving beat of hip-hop and the silky rhythms of modern R&B.
