From his time at Juilliard, to his grand success on Broadway, follow the path of Stephen Schwartz, the composer/lyricist of such legendary works as Godspell, Pippin, and his most recent Broadway hit, Wicked, "the most complete-and satisfying-new musical in a long time"(USA Today), which comes to the Kennedy Center beginning in December 2005 for a limited engagement. Moderated by ASCAP Director of Musical Theater Michael Kerker, this discussion/demonstration invites you into the world of one of the American theater's most talented artists.
