About
Hemant Oberoi is Grand Executive Chef at the Taj Mahal Palace and Hotel in Mumbai, India. A multiple award winner, he is credited with having introduced various niche cuisines to the Indian palate and singlehandedly invented Indian fusion.
In Session I of A Taste of India, a separately ticketed event, Chef Oberoi explores India's North and South regions.
