Originally commissioned by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis for the opening of the Kennedy Center in 1971, Leonard Bernstein's MASS returns to the Kennedy Center in the year of the composer's 90th birthday. Led by Bernstein's protégée, Marin Alsop, the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra performs this monumental work with a cast of more than 200, including soloists, choirs, and a marching band. A rare chance to hear this stunning work live!
