About
Hailed as "brilliant" (The New York Times), and "an artist to be taken seriously" (The Chicago Tribune), American pianist Elizabeth Joy Roe has garnered universal acclaim from critics and audiences alike for her appearances as a recitalist, orchestral soloist, and chamber musician. As the winner of the prestigious William Petschek Piano Debut Recital Award, Ms. Roe made her New York solo recital debut at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall in April 2007, and has also appeared in major venues around the world. Performance Timing: Part One - 45 min.; Intermission - 15 min.; Part Two - 45 min.
