Beethoven Found, an organization that works to help raise awareness of the importance of classical music education in youth, presents a gala concert that includes two of Beethoven's lost and rediscovered works, Overture to Macbeth and Andante from Oboe Concerto. Also on the program are the Fantasy for Piano, Chorus, and Orchestra and Symphony No. 5 in C minor.
There will be a special performance by the Aurelia String Quartet, Gold Medal winner of the Fischoff National Chamber Competition for America's finest high school musicians, following their recent appearance on National Public Radio.
Performance Timing: Part I - 52 min.; Intermission - 15 min.; Part II - 50 min.
