Following on the success of last season's The Essential Puccini, The Washington Chorus presents instrumental and choral music by the Russian master Sergei Rachmaninoff.  Selections include his crowning achievement, the monumental Vespers; Symphonic Dances for Two Pianos, featuring Maestro Wachner and Grace Cho, pianos; and Selected Songs for Contralto and Tenor.

Performance Timing: Part One - 50 min.; Intermission - 20 min.; Part Two - 50 min.
