Andrew Tyson, piano
American pianist Andrew Tyson, First Prize Winner of the 2011 Young Concert Artists International Auditions and Juilliard's Gina Bachauer Piano Competition, has performed at prestigious venues across North America and Europe as an orchestral soloist and chamber musician. He made his orchestral debut at age 15 with the Guilford Symphony in his native North Carolina. Mr. Tyson is currently a master's student at The Juilliard School with Robert McDonald.
Performance Timing: Part One - 40 min.; Intermission - 15 min.; Part Two - 30 min.
