About

Organization of Chinese American Women presents:
Opera International Operatic Vocal Gala Concert

Opera International was launched in 1994 out of a love for opera and its artists. The organization's mission is two-fold: to encourage and inspire an appreciation of opera in young people and to train and prepare aspiring vocalists of all nationalities for careers in opera. Artists participating in this gala concert are sopranos Huanhuan Ma, Caroline Gibson, and Jessica Sticklein; tenor Rolando Sanz; bass-baritone Alvy Powell, and pianist Kai-Ching Chang. The program includes arias and ensembles from operas by Mozart, Bellini, Verdi, Puccini, Massenet, and Gershwin.

Performance Timing: Approximately two hours, including one 15-minute intermission.
All events and artists subject to change without prior notice.
