R&B legend Patti LaBelle kicks off the 2010 International VSA Festival in style in a performance hosted by Marlee Matlin (Children of a Lesser God) and John C. McGinley (Scrubs) that also features the China Disabled People's Performing Art Troupe dancing in shimmering costumes that reflect China's rich history and traditions, as well as interdisciplinary dance and media artist Bill Shannon "the Crutchmaster" and other surprise guests.
