Jam to the sounds of circus-punk marching band Mucca Pazza as its music fills the newly developed Half Street Fair Grounds across from Nationals Stadium. Magician and comedian Karen Beriss will appear, as well as talented juggler Evan Young, both of whom are sure to keep the crowds laughing while presenting their jaw-dropping skills.
