Millennium Stage 10th Anniversary Celebration 2/5/07: Millennium Stage 10th Anniversary Celebration

It’s the party of the year when Millennium Stage celebrates a decade of free performances with a full evening of special free events throughout the Kennedy Center!
6–7 p.m. on the Millennium Stage: The Commodores—the U.S. Navy’s premier jazz ensemble—kicks off the festivities with a rousing concert.
The Commodores show is the only one available for viewing online. Unfortunately, the Sufjan Stevens show will not be rebroadcast. Visit the Web site for complete details.
7–7:40 p.m. in the Concert Hall: The National Symphony Orchestra performs Modest Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition.
8–8:30 p.m. in the Eisenhower Theater: Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater dances its signature classic Revelations.
9–10 p.m. in the Opera House: Indie-rock musician Sufjan Stevens performs with members of the Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra.
