Eblen Macari, composer/guitar David Peña, darbuka/djembe/frame drums Jesus Cuevas, winds One of the most outstanding Mexican fusion experiences is that of the Eblen Macari Trio. This group is comprised of the talent of Eblen Macari, composer and guitarist, David Peña, who plays the Arab darbuka, djembe and frame drums, and Jesus Cuevas who plays wind instruments from all over the world, including the Armenian dudak, bagpipes, Arab ney, Thai ken and clarinet. Occasionally, Eblen Macari, Jr. joins the band on percussion. Mr.
