FLUTAR

Flutar consistsof two Washington-based artists: flutist Joseph Cunliffe and guitarist Giorgia Cavallaro, who for years have been active performers and educators. They have been performing as a duo for nearly two decades here and abroad. Joseph Cunliffe is a performer, composer, recording artist, and co-founder of Flutar, now in its 20th year. He is a graduate of Catholic University of America and received a B.M.
