Karen Henderson Sextet

Karen Henderson is a singing Washingtonian who is a well-loved entertainer and speaker. Her energetic and melodious style has been showcased nationally on both the Mike Douglas and Merv Griffin Shows and at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas. In the DC area, she has performed at jazz venues including blues Alley, the Cellar Door, Charlie’s Georgetown, and Anton’s 1201 Club, as well as several long-running engagements at the major hotels and private clubs. For seven years, Karen has appeared at the private Fr. Myer Officer’s Club in Arlington, and continues to perform upon request for both private and public events.
