Kim and Reggie Harris

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Kim and Reggie Harris both developed a passion for music and an eclectic approach to performing and composing at any early age. They met at a summer camp in 1974 and, while continuing to deepen their friendship as students at Temple University, they began to hone their performance skill in the clubs, coffeehouses and comedy venues around Philadelphia. They married in 1976 and began touring colleges and small concert venues throughout the U.S. and Canada, averaging over 250 concert dates a year by 1980.
